The encounter which was decided by an Eden Hazard headed goal, after Julian Speroni failed to deal well with the Belgian's penalty.
Speroni who had done well to save Hazard's penalty, only parried the belgians spot kick back to him. And the belgian did very well to nod the ball to the bottom left corner. Sending Speroni the wrong way.
That was all the goals chelsea needed to clinch their 5th Premier league title their 3rd under manager Jose Mourinho.
With four games left, chelsea have all but wrapped up the title. Meaning they've nothing but pride to play for. And let's hope we see more youths in the up coming games.
