Cristiano Ronaldo started the game against Young Boys and found the back of the net before half time in what is his third goal for United since rejoining them from Juventus.
He was later replaced by Jesse Lingard in the second half of the game when the scoreline was at 1:1.

Ferdinand said that he would've asked him to 'sit down' if he was the United's manager. In his words he said;
"If I’m the manager, I’ve got to be honest, I’m telling him to sit down,” Ferdinand told BT Sport.
“I get it. You know, with Cristiano people go, ‘Oh it’s bravado, it’s for the fans’. He’s just a passionate guy. He wants to win, he’s desperate to win, and he can’t hold it in.
“If that means he has to go up there and stand next to the manager, shouting instructions etc etc, so be it. When it’s someone of his standing and stature in the game how can you argue with it?”
Reacting to Rio Ferdinand’s comments on Friday night football, Martin Keown told talkSPORT that Sir Alex Ferguson wouldn’t have let Ronaldo act like a coach.
The formal Arsenal man said: “He needs to know his place. He needs to take his seat.
“I’m pretty certain Solskjaer will deal with it in the right way, he might even encourage it, but there’s only one manager.
“I don’t think under Sir Alex Ferguson it would’ve got this far. Maybe he would’ve mentioned it to him some time sooner.
“I think that’s a little bit of a negative, but you’ve got to look at all the positives he brings to that dressing room.”
