Chelsea legend Didier Drogba keeps on haunting legendary Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger - even in retirement, the 43-year-old forward is more than happy to open old wounds for FIFA maestro
On Wednesday, the former Arsenal boss took charge of a UNICEF XI against a team of Marseille legends in what was dubbed 'match des Heros.'

Shortly before kick-off, Wenger assembled his squad in the dressing room. But his opening verses were interrupted when a passer-by tripped over a flip-chart.
'The first yellow card?' Wenger joked.

The first warning sign, too. Wenger then told his motley crew of former pros, rappers and Olympians: ‘Don’t put any pressure on yourselves. Football is very simple.

He’s right, of course: simply put Didier Drogba on the opposite team and let carnage reign. Drogba was a harbinger of grey hairs during Wenger’s Arsenal tenure.

Even if his exact goal record is disputed — statistics don’t do justice to the psychological scars he left in north London. Now, even in retirement, the 43-year-old is more than happy to open old wounds

With Wenger’s side 2-1 ahead, the striker took advantage of a defensive calamity to level before sealing a hat-trick with two more finishes.
Among his team-mates was Samir Nasri — who appears to be enjoying retirement. The 34-year-old was the only legend sporting a skin-tight shirt.
